INGREDIENTS
3 medium fresh eggs
2 broccoli stem (peeled and stylishly sliced)
Tomato
1 teaspoon light butter or olive oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Salt and pepper ( or seasoning of your choice * I use magic sarap)
Steps
Beat the egg and put seasoning. Set aside
Peel and slice the broccoli stem and tomato.
Heat the pan.
Sauté the tomato and broccoli stem in butter/olive oil.
Add fish sauce.
Seasons and stir.
Add the eggs and stir occasionally.
Serve.
