Sisig Omellete (leftover)

 Save your left over from last night and make it a new dish to enjoy in the morning. Save time and money.

Ingredients:
Left over sisig
2 fresh eggs
Ground Pepper
Salt
Magic sarap (optional)
Olive oil

Crash the leftover sisig. beat the eggs in another bowl. Put the seasonings (salt, ground pepper, magic sarap). Then the crashed leftover sisig and beat until well mixed. Put olive oil and then the mixture.. wait until golden brown or a bit crispy . Serve.
