Pork Tuna Lumpia

Spring Roll is one of the easiest dish to cook. It's always present in the menu of every PINOY PARTY. Since I used to eat common lumpia like shanghai, ubod and toge to name a few. That's why I made  my own recipe and it's worthy. You must try this.



Ingredients 

1/2 Ground Pork 
1/4 or 4 pcs regular size potato 
2  cans bumblebee chunk light tuna in vegetable Oil (or ANY brand)
6 cloves Garlic  (chopped)
1 medium sized (chopped)
50 g Raisins 
1 teaspoon melted butter
Salt and pepper
Monosodium glutamate or 
1 teaspoons butter 
2  teaspoon fish sauce 
Lumpia wrapper (click here HOMEMADE LUMPIA WRAPPER if you want to make your own).


Procedure

Heat pan. 
Put butter.
Sauté the onion until clear  and garlic until golden brown 
Add ground pork  and stir until cook.
Add tuna and fish sauce and stir until well mix
Add potato and stir until finely cook 
Add salt, pepper and  monosodium glutamate (or seasonings)
Stir 
Add raisins and stir and allow the excess liquid to evaporate
