INGREDIENTS
Broccoli Carrot
Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
Pinch of salt and pepper or MAGIC SARAP
In preparing the broccoli, maybe some of us prepare it wrongly. But we have to consider not just the florets but also the stem/stalks/trunk-like parts of it. Just peel of the hard skin. It is healthy also.
How to COOK
1. Slice the veggies proportionally
2. Heat the pan and put olive oil
3. Sauté the veggies (stem part of the broccoli and carrot first) for 1-2 minutes
4. Add the broccoli florets and stir
5. Add oyster sauce and water.
6. Add seasonings (salt, sugar, pepper or just magic sarap) . Stir until half cooked.
7. SERVE AND ENJOY
